Figured since I finished an overall top ten list I might as well go ahead and compile one that was more specific. Since i just finished reading a really good book, I decided that'd be a good place to start. 

1. Outlander by Diana Gabaldon - Had to read this book for a class I took and fell in love with it! I've read the entire series now and can't wait for the next book in the series to come out! 
2. Wizard's First Rule by Terry Goodkind - Just recently finished this book. Can't wait to read the rest of the books. They're kind of long but they move quickly.
3. Leaven of Malice by Robertson Davies - Read this book for something in highschool. Great story, it's a little bit difficult to understand at times but if you get it a chance it ends up being a great read!
4. To The Ends of the Earth by Elizabeth Lowell - The first romance novel I ever read. Loved it then, love it now. It's actually a redo of one of her older novles "The Danver's Touch," also a pretty good book but the redo is definitely better.
5. The Time Traveler's Wife by Audrey Niffenegger - Another great book. Loved it from start to finish. It bounces around a lot, but such is the nature of the entire story so it really works. We'll see how the upcoming movie works out, hopefully it stands up to the book because the book was great. 
6. Complicity by Iain Banks - Another novel I had to read for class. It's a gripping crazy ride, give it a go!
7. The Tragedy of Mariam by Elizabeth Cary - Sure, it's a play, and it's a pretty old play at that, but it's a great play none-the-less. 
8. The Notebook by Nicholas Sparks - The first book I ever read that made me cry like a baby. In this case the book is better than the movie but the movie is still worth a watch. Great book!
9. Rosencrantz & Guildenstern are Dead by Tom Stoppard - Another play. Based on the characters from Hamlet of the same name. Very quick read, but gives a lot to think about. 
10. Water for Elephants by Sara Gruen - Just finished this today. I think I've mentioned it in the past 3 posts. Go out, read it! Great stuff.
